David Montgomery
Director of Analytics and Development
David Montgomery joined ALM First in 2004 and currently serves as director of analytics and development. His responsibilities include overseeing the technical aspects of all analytical services and the development of new products. Additionally, Mr. Montgomery maintains control systems and develops internal tools to enhance productivity and quality. Prior to joining ALM First, he was a senior product consultant with IPS-Sendero, where his responsibilities included client support, training and consulting. At IPS-Sendero, he developed expert knowledge of IPS-Sendero’s ALM model. Previously, he had eight years of experience with a commercial bank in Houston, Texas, where he was vice president for planning and analysis. In this role, he brought the asset liability function in-house and received top regulatory ratings for performance of this function. In addition, he established systems for management reporting and planning, analyzed multiple bank and branch acquisitions, and was instrumental in the bank’s initial public stock offering, Mr. Montgomery earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Texas at Austin, and a master’s degree in business administration from Baylor University, in Waco.

Jie Meng
Advanced Analytics Specialist
Jie Meng joined ALM First in 2004 and is currently responsible for maintaining and performing analytical services including asset/liability management, loan analysis, mortgage servicing rights valuation, accounting and more. Additionally, she participates in the development of new products as well as internal tools to enhance productivity and quality. Prior to joining ALM First, Ms. Meng worked as the management project analyst with the Arkansas Department of Health. She also spent four years working as an accountant. Ms. Meng received a master's degree in statistics from the University of Arkansas.

Kevin Kirksey
Valuation and Risk Analytics Manager
Kevin Kirksey serves as a Valuation and Risk Analytics Manager for ALM First Financial Advisors, primarily responsible for maintaining proper assumptions, methodology, systems, procedures, documentation and testing for ALM First product offerings. Previously, Mr. Kirksey served as an analyst on Goldman Sachs’ mortgage trading desk, where he analyzed whole loan trades and securitizations and performed mortgage valuations for various capital raises, mergers, and IPOs. As a former ALM First Financial Analyst, Mr. Kirksey also has an extensive background in asset/liability analysis. Mr. Kirksey received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina.
