Mike Ensweiler
Director of Business Development
 In 2009, financial institution industry veteran Mike Ensweiler joined the ALM First team as sales manager, where he oversaw the firm’s sales and growth strategies. In addition to sales, Mike now manages all areas of marketing and business development for the firm. He has an extensive financial services background, with success in helping financial institutions increase their productivity and strengthen their bottom lines.
Mr. Ensweiler began his financial services career in 1992 and has progressively moved up the ranks to hold senior positions. His experience includes serving on the Senior Management Team at Minnesota Corporate FCU and Mid-States Corporate. Additionally, he has held positions in consumer lending, operations and accounting at several credit unions and a community bank. As an “industry insider” with first-hand knowledge of financial institution operations, Mr. Ensweiler uses his relationship management skills, along with his proficiency in asset-liability management and balance-sheet strategies, to identify appropriate solutions for prospective financial institutions. Mr. Ensweiler received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, and earned the Certified League Executive designation from CUNA's League Management Institute at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Kristi Harper
Marketing Coordinator
Kristi Harper joined ALM First Financial Advisors in 2009 as the assistant fixed income strategist. In this role, she primarily assisted clients with trade strategy and execution. In addition to a comprehensive knowledge of investments and revenue-growth strategies, Ms. Harper also brings in-depth marketing expertise to ALM First, and now serves as the firm’s Marketing Coordinator. Most recently, Ms. Harper worked with Bank of the Ozarks in Little Rock, Ark., as a portfolio servicing officer. While there, she helped grow the bank’s investment portfolio to record levels. Previously, she served as a compliance and client relationship manager at Millennium Capital Advisors, also in Little Rock, Ark., where she created business development strategies and financial plans for client portfolios. Her past experience also includes regulatory compliance, investment accounting and data analysis. Ms. Harper earned a bachelor’s degree, with a double major in marketing and management, from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
