Michael Ensweiler

  In 2009, credit union industry veteran Mike Ensweiler joined the ALM First team as sales manager, where he oversees the firm’s sales and growth strategies. He has an extensive financial services background, with success in helping credit unions increase their productivity and strengthen their bottom lines.
Mr. Ensweiler began his financial services career in 1992 and has progressively moved up the ranks to hold senior positions. His experience includes serving in a variety of credit union roles, most recently as senior business consultant-national accounts at Members United Corporate FCU. Additionally, he has worked with Adept Media and Credit Union Recovery, Inc., as well as with natural-person credit unions. As an “industry insider” with first-hand knowledge of financial institution operations, Mr. Ensweiler uses his relationship management skills, along with his proficiency in asset-liability management and balance-sheet strategies, to identify appropriate solutions for prospective credit unions. Mr. Ensweiler received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, and earned the Certified League Executive designation from CUNA's League Management Institute at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
