The most recent ALM results are loaded into ALM First On-Demand after each ALM Report.
How accurate are results from ALM First On-Demand?
ALM First On-Demand is intended to provide a quick analysis of how changing assets, liabilities, and coupon rates affect interest-rate risk. Results provide an estimate of risk position and projected net income given the change. For any significant strategic decision which has a major impact to the balance sheet or which significantly changes the risk profile as seen through ALM First On-Demand analysis, a full “what-if” scenario can be run by the ALM First team in order to provide a complete “what-if” packet for the institution.
