Rates are unchanged this morning following a quiet overnight session. Futures on the Dow and S&P are pointing to a higher open while oil prices fell as OPEC+ announced a decision to increase production. The pace of vaccinations continues to increase with an average daily dosage rate of 3.08 million last week. Through April 1st, 165 million doses had been given out while 56 million Americans are fully vaccinated, which is roughly 18.5% of the total US population.
