David Ritter is a Managing Director at ALM First, who works with clients by focusing on both their quantitative and qualitative strategic growth initiatives; whether via facilitating an entire merger and acquisition process, conducting strategic planning, building customized sophisticated yet practical financial scenario analyses models for clients, or creating de novo business plans.

Brandon Pelletier
Director, M&A Advisory
Brandon Pelletier joined ALM First Financial Advisors in 2011. As a Director in the Strategic Solutions Group, Brandon oversees merger and acquisitions and CECL valuations. He also assists with Dodd-Frank Capital Stress Testing and values loan pools to guide trading decisions.

Principal
Mike Ensweiler is a Principal at ALM First Financial Advisors, joining the firm in 2009. Mike leads the sales team where he develops the firm’s sales and growth strategies. In addition to sales, Mike manages all areas of marketing and client relations for the firm. He has an extensive financial services background, with success in helping financial institutions increase their productivity and strengthen their bottom lines.
As an “industry insider” with first-hand knowledge of financial institution operations, Mike uses his relationship management skills, along with his proficiency in asset liability management and balance sheet strategies, to identify appropriate solutions for prospective financial institutions.
Mike received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, and earned the Certified League Executive designation from CUNA’s League Management Institute at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
