US Treasuries are trading slightly lower this morning as risk-on sentiment drove S&P futures +25 points (+.94%). Despite the recent gains, global equities are set for the first weekly decline of the year. There have been no new headlines regarding the ongoing US/China trade discussions and the government shutdown which is heading into its 35th day. On the economic calendar, durable goods orders and new home sales data has been postponed.
