January 6, 2020 Headlines
The tensions between Iran and the US continue to weigh on the markets. US equity futures are pointing to a lower open this morning, while oil briefly breached the $70 level for the first time since September. The bond market appears to be nonplussed as rates are essentially unchanged due to positive economic data out of Europe offsetting some of the risk-off move tied to geopolitical tensions.
