Treasury prices are essentially unchanged after a quiet overnight session. Yields initially moved higher as geopolitical risks faded but rebounded on news that Iran was accessing thirteen retaliation scenarios. Later this morning we will receive the ISM Non-manufacturing Index reading, Factory orders, and the US Treasuries 3-year auction.
