July 10, 2020 Headlines
Treasury prices are higher to start the day on more negative COVID-19 headlines. The U.S. set another high mark yesterday regarding the number of new virus cases in a single day, breaking the previous record set on Tuesday. The economic calendar was relatively light this week, but it will pick up again next week with June retail sales and CPI reports. We’ll also hear from several Fed leaders next week, including New York Fed President John Williams participating in a Libor transition discussion on Monday.
