Treasury prices are slightly higher following another quiet overnight session from both a news and trading volume perspective. U.S. equity futures have moved into positive territory following a better than expected weekly jobless claims report. Presidential candidate Joe Biden plans to unveil part of his economic agenda in a speech later today. The plan is expected to call for government spending to stimulate job creation in U.S. manufacturing and other sectors.
