US Treasury prices are higher after the overnight session. Initially, Treasuries rallied on headlines that North Korea was considering pulling out of nuclear talks with the US, but later faded on the back of solid economic data in the European Union. In addition, the Chinese government stated it would cut value-added taxes providing new stimulus in the worlds second largest economy. Next week, the focus will be on the Wednesday FOMC meeting.
