Treasuries opened this morning roughly 2 basis points lower while equity markets continue their rally as fears of a global trade war continue to fade. Details from the discussions between the US and China have been sparse and vague, and as result near term volatility is unlikely to subside. This morning will see the release of the Richmond Fed’s Manufacturing index as well as the Consumer Confidence reading for February.
