Treasury yields are leaking higher as Brent crude oil futures once again eclipse $110 per barrel.

The White House is reportedly (and unsurprisingly) cold on Iran’s most recent proposal that would open the Strait of Hormuz but defer any nuclear negotiations to an unstated date. The 5-year Treasury note yield is at 4% for the first time in nearly a month, and S&P 500 futures are down 0.75%. The Bank of Japan left its policy rate unchanged in a 6-3 vote, but the committee adjusted its inflation outlook higher. Later this morning, the February home price data will be released.
