September 22, 2023 Headlines

Treasury yields are 2-3 basis points lower to start the day after mixed September PMI data out of Europe. U.S. PMI will be released later this morning, and four different Fed leaders are scheduled to speak today in the first public appearances since Wednesday’s FOMC meeting. Next week’s calendar will be headlined by the August PCE report (Friday) and a public appearance by Fed Chair Powell (Thursday).
