Treasury yields are down 7 to 10 bps across the curve this morning while futures on the three major US equity indices are down. The risk-off trade was sparked by geopolitical concerns with rising tensions between Iran and Israel. Earnings season kicked off with bank reporting Q1 results. Both Wells Fargo and JP Morgan missed estimates for NII while Citi beat analyst profit estimates on the back of credit card revenue and debt underwriting.
