Equities are mixed, Dow and S&P futures are both higher while the NASDAQ is in the red. Later this morning we’ll get June’s existing home sales data with the median forecast calling for a decline of 3.2% m/m while new home sales will come out tomorrow and expectations are for a 3.4% m/m increase.
