Treasury yields are slightly higher as the market preps for fresh supply ($58 billion 3yr note auction).
Markets are also awaiting testimony from Jerome Powell before the Senate Banking Committee this morning, beginning at 10am ET. Investors will be looking for any hints from Powell related to the timing of eventual rate cuts, and he is likely to be pushed by some Senators for comments related to the current fiscal deficit and forward concerns, which he typically tries to avoid.
